There's been a couple similar ones to this, but not quite the same. It's at least nice to see a boxer who at least is giving MMA some respect and not trying to trash-talk it down and bury it like other boxers are, so I applaud Roy's attitude towards it.

Like I've said a million times before. Anderson Silva would get owned by Roy Jones Jr.. I hope this happens because I think Silva's head is getting a little big. He needs to be brought down to earth...lol. I think if he does step in a boxing ring with Jones that head will shrink...lol. Not sure Jones will knock him out but he sure will whip his butt for however many rounds they fight.

This would depend on reach who has the bigger reach I love silva but I was a big fan of Jr in the 90s as he was on another planet with is skills

Roy Jones has always been a fan of MMA. He said that if he were younger he'd be doing MMA for a living. And I think he really respects Anderson Silva, in MMA or boxing. In boxing Anderson would be pretty good, not Roy Jones good though. Roy woudl take this fight by Decision.

Thats not the point Silva's trying to prove, he's trying to show an mma artist can compete with a boxer. Also this fight would pay both Silva and RJJ huuuuuuge money, huge. MMA woulden't bring RJJ the same return I'm afraid. My guess is it would be around 10-15 million for each +ppv %.

Anderson is one of my favourite fighters but i think Roy would knock him out,Anderson would beat Roy even quicker in MMA but you can't just walk into boxing and beat Roy Jones jr. he has too much skill and experience.

If Roy Jones fights the spider, it would be one hell of an interesting fight. But I think the spider will get disqualified. The first couple of times Roy hits him, the spider is gonna put him in a clench and knee him in the face. Fight over.

Reach only matters when the fight isn't a mismatch. Roy will completely and utterly molest Anderson Silva.

This is awesome Jones is my favourite boxer. In boxing rules Jones takes it hands down, but in MMA Silva would win. I hope this happens I'd watch it for sure.

I don't know what the hell Silva is thinking. Unless he has some secret he is not telling us, Silva is going to get his ass kicked. I don't even find this interesting, I know who will win a boxing match. This needs to be some kind of kick boxing match. That way everyone is a little out of their comfort zone. I will be ruiting for Silva, but only because he is a huge underdog.
