I see it as a toss-up.
IMO GSP has been largely untested on his BJJ defense and his chin, as hes competed in the most Wrestler heavy division in the world.
Matt serra came out the first time looking good his leg kicks were powerful and Gsp's jab couldnt keep him away then BAMm he got caught and Serra followed through hitting him again and again with some powerful, and accurate punches.
Gsp though is incredibly talented and still has not capped at his potential.
More than likely ill pick Gsp UD and bet on Serra as damage control, that way i win either way.

GSP will win by TKO, i can't see Serra surviving the whole 5 rounds.

Serra has never been stopped, other than by a super-hurricane-whirlwind-kamehameha type spinning back fist.
Also if you look at GSP's performances after the loss, hes decided to keep things on the ground almost entirely. Serra's Bjj is pretty Legit and will neutralize the GnP somewhat.

Ken Shamrock had never been KO'd before, and look at what a guy like Robert 'Buzz' Berry did to him at Cage Rage the other week, i was there and the crowd went wild.

I didnt say ko'd i said TKO'd, big difference. Shamrock had been Tko'd alot throughout his career especialy as he got older.

Nog has submitted how many guys in his career? Meanwhile serra has knocked out how many guys in his career? comparing the two is different, if i see a guy w/ only 1 ko/tko in his career i will assume he was lucky until he can prove he can do it again, in other words serra pretty much has to do it again for me to be sold

GSP sub rd 1 = no chance in hell.
I'll give the chance of almost any other ending. I would bet hundeds of thousand if i had it just that this is not the ending. GSP gives no reason to believe he can sub Serra in a thousand rounds never mind one.
One of the best JJ guys in the world against a guy who's never shown great JJ. Not saying GSP can't win, but a rd one sub is something I would bet my life against.

The shot that rocked GSP was on the back of the head, not saying it was illegal or a cheap shot thats just where it hit, so that doesn't have to do with a chin it has to do with human anatomy. I think Serra will probably lose via embarassing decision. No offense to Serra but GSP is much bigger, stronger, athletic and I think he has more ways to win. I think he will out strike him on the feet and out wrestle him on the ground for the UD. I'm jacked either way.

Go watch it again. The shot that every one blames barely skimmed. He was ducking got skimmed on the back of the head and on the way back up eats a left hook which is what rocked him. The back of the head shot is an excuse that has bought its way into the mainstream belief cuz noone wants to admit how wrong they were the first time.

I've watched it 1000 times, he "skims" him and GSP is stumbled, then he gets hit again. I don't really think it's an excuse, because no one can say much at all about it since things happen and guys duck into things. It's not like Serra purposly did that, it happend and i'm not discrediting him for it, a wins a win.

Either Matt is going to completely destroy him again in the first or GSP is going to win a decision. Serra is tough as hell and won't be stopped or submitted. GSP won't even trade with him since he couldn't use his reach to keep him away last time. So he most likely LNP/Very little GNP for 5 rounds. Serra's not going to quit and GSP sure won't stop him.
I pray to god Serra win so I can laugh at the GSP fans who give him no chance of winning and are repeating the same dumb mistake they did that time. I would also like to laugh in everybodies face who actually thought GSP had a chance with Anderson since his BJJ and chin is untested.
Either way I'll pick GSP decision but I'm definitely put some money on Serra no doubt since it's deja-vu all over again. The GSP fans who think he's god and once again give Serra no chance in hell, so I hope we get the same result until these people learn there lesson.

Serra will not be stoped, if it goes 5 rounds it will likely be GSPs win, if it ends before the time limit it will be because Serra stoped GSP
