True. I think Arlovski should be up for the title next, or at least a top contender fight, if he were to fight Big Nog I'd actually pick him to beat Nog, Nog's take downs aren't too good (telegraphed), and arlovski's sprawl is much better, plus he is too fast, and AA would pick him apart on the Feet......and andrei is no slouch on the ground, and i doubt it Nog would sub him easily. I just hope the UFC re-signs him, so that we can see the best AA again.

If you have got the cash you can always go to UFC OnDemand.
I think AA could beat Nog as well. I think it is best for the UFC and AA if they can come to an agreement.

The Obrian AA fight was terrible lol. AA looked the same as he has lately except he somehow ended up in mount. I woulden't resign him for what he's asking to be perfectly honest.

For sure the UFC needs him. I hope they relize this and resign him.

i agree with you here. i think it's a sad situation cuz I, along with the rest of the world, have loved arlovski since the beginning. Rogan made some good points as far as a fighter coming up and down....it's just part of the game. He's still one of the top fighters in the division yet he doesn't appear to have the drive/passion/killer instinct that he did previously. His name is great for numbers, but the outcome of the fights just aren't what we usually expect from him. I hate to see the guy go elsewhere....I guess we just have to wait and see what happens.

The AA fight was lame and Rogan was even raging on AA right before he ended up in mount. He is not the same fighter he once was. He needed to come out and get a brutal ko to prove he is worth what he wants. Instead he has a boring fight and gets a ref stopage on some very soft strikes. He had to look to get the ref to stop it and I think he only did that cause he blew is strenght out and couldn't put a good punch together.
Sad to say but like Tito he is just a name for the sport at this point.

Me either. He still looks unaggressive, and looked like he was trying to stop O'brien without actually hurting him in mount. Plus, he lost the first round IMO. After the stellar job he did turning around Rampage mentality. I wouldn't mind seeing AA train with Juanito.

Even when he got the mount, he was mitten handing Obrien, he didn't look like a killer at all. I jus't don't know where his fire went, seeing Arlovski looking like he really wanted to win is a distant memory now. It's really sad, there was a time when he was my favourite fighter, simply because of his intensity. Where did it go? I'm not sure even Andrei himself knows.
I don't think he will be resigned, not with a performance like that. Bye bye Arlovski I reckon

I pity him if he actually leaves and fights Fedor. First round sub IMO.
