The third time should have been the charm for Heath Herring. In the first round of his third bout with soon to be interim UFC heavyweight champion Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira last July, the ‘Texas Crazy Horse’ struck ‘Minotauro’ with a kick to the face that dropped the Brazilian as if he had been shot.

Heath Herring is a really smart and soft-spoken guy and you'd never guess that from his public image. Best of luck to him against Kongo, it's going to be a tough fight.

I really dig Herring, he is a tough guy and seems like a hard worker. I was dissapointed with his debut and the fact that he did not finish Nog but I think he has a great chance to make a run in the HW division
