good matchup for soko, nakamura is a tough s.o.b, still soko should handle him because he is a much more gifted athlete.

At a quick glance; it looks like Stevenson vs. Guillard in 10 years

in 10 year Mervin will stop fighting becase his ignorance won't let him have a ground game and he will lose to anyone that knows event he simplest of subs

Haha good looking Kpro.
This should be an exciting fight, this I think will gauge what they can really do in the UFC. They both just had to fight a top 10 LHW cage vet like Machida in their first UFC fights.
Hopefully we'll get to see some judo

I'd like to say Soko takes it, but Nakamura is one tough pot head. I don't do MMAth but they do have Machida in common. Both lost but in very different ways.

I find myself also rooting for Nakamura in this one, Sokoudjou has everything going for him, and the team quest will be sure to get him in shape. Anyone know who Nakamura is training with?

Soko is way overrated. he has 2 "Real" wins. Nog, and Arona. Nog, was in a weightclass that we all know wasn't his best. and Arona who has lost 3 outta his last 4. Now im not saying Nakamura is that much better, but Soko got a lucky KO on Nog, and a Good KO on a now mediocre fighter. Soko is not as good as everyone might think, just my 2 cents tho.

Everybody keeps saying how good Soko's judo is but he never really uses it. They say it's an excellent asset for takedown defense and getting back onto your feet but Machida took him down at will the judo wasn't doing nothing to get him back on his feet using his hips to hipheast him off or anything.
I'm one of those who think Soko is just a lucky striker with a weak chin especially after I watched his WEC fight and the Machida fight. I think Nakamura is just going to take him down at will using his better judo and get the GNP stoppage or a sub in mount during the 2nd round.

Something (Naka's last performance) tells me he is going to get beaten very badly.
