please let this not be true, so many many many many many other deserve it more than a guy who went (8-10) in the UFC and (9-14) in his career, and didnt even beat good competition

Look I will always have a soft spot in my heart for Tank . His destruction of Nelmark/ Matua were one of those ultra- hardcore moments that made me rent the UFC VHS's every time a new one came out. However, guys like Tank and Mo Smith , who both had some impressive unexpected wins IMO, still have very substandard records. Heck, Tank never even bothered to learn MMA. He just stayed the same street fighter, built a persona, and cashed a lot of nice checks. Good for him, but HOF? Not in my book.

Maybey the qualifier is not as much what he did in the cage but what he for the cage....

When we remember Tank its never for his skill but we remember him for his attitude and his willingnes to through down, he was a huge draw and maybey so huge that the reason he is being considerd for the hall of fame is because he kept us watching in the dark ages.....

his fights never lasted 40 min with one guy in gaurd waiting for the other to mess up..

No need to flame I'm just giving you all a diferent perspective

100% agree. Who do you guys think is next after him? I'd like to see Jens in there.

note that tank will be inducted after he decides to hang up the gloves, so the soonest we will see jens in the HOF is when he decides to retire, dont know how long that will be, but it dont look like it will be soon..

both will be well deserved!
