The reason you won't answer the question is because you can't. Plain and simple. You have no reasoning to back anything that you say up. Pointless.

Wow...this thread is heated.lol

Now that affliction has Fedor,Barney,Andre,Tim and Ben..All guys who are top 10 at HW IMO..We could soon end all this Fedor hasnt fought anybody ranked crap and the same goes for Randy..Randy will look like an ass if Tim would beat Fedor. Not taking the fight with Nog and trying to get that big payday fight with Fedor..I mean IF and thats a big IF Tim would win the Fedor fight..the Fedor Vs Randy fight would kinda be pointless..Well maybe not completly pointless since it would still carry the interest to alot of fans that have been wanting to see it...To avoid all of this ranking stuff..I have NOG number 1 and yeah i know he has never beat Fedor but Nog has been Active in the past 2 years and is the UFC HW champ.Maybe the HW division may not be as stacked as it used to be...the Majority of the top ten HW arent in the UFC anymore..but still I give NOG his due.But Fedor beating Tim is that worthy of a number 1 Rank if you dont have Nog ranked number after beating Tim????...It is a shame that we cant have all the "top" guys fighting under 1 org...But thats life...i just like to see good fights.

LOL now I'm an ass humm. I give up you two can live in your own little world of Fedor nut hugging with Fedor blow up dolls and Fedor gummy bears the rest of us MMA fans will live in the here and now. I can see it now if Timmy KOs Fedor the excuses will be flying "Oh Fedor must have been hurt" or "must have been jet lag" or "it was fixed" or my fav "Fedor was broken down mentally". If Fedor beats Timmy yes I will rank him in first place but only because he has stepped back in to the mix and started fighting top competition. But I done with this hole thing as this is just .

Nice response, good way to avoid justifying Randy FIGHTING A LOT LESS THAN FEDOR AT HW. Two fights in SIX YEARS!?!?! The last 2 at the end of a beatdown. Yeah, Randy definitely should be ranked ahead of Fedor

And once again, avoiding having to explain your hypocrisy with Hunt and GG.

It's just pathetic now, I gave you a ton of stuff to justify, you really can't justify anything at all. It's just a waste of forum space now. You're saying we're dumb because we back up our opinions with facts, and you don't have to because you're so much smarter.

to end the conflict, fedor + cut = the only way he would ever lose, i could go over why but im lazy tonight

im not giving tim much of a chance here, if people think fedor is gonna take the kind of punishment that nog took from tim their sadly mistaken

well one thing no one touched on about Fedor... ( and yes I am a fan) is you all even those defending him , make it seem like other hten his MMA fights he has been sitting around twiddling his thumbs.. He is almost constantly competeting in in Sambo matches all over Russia and everywere else and if I understand is undefeated there as well.. ( not sure his exact Sambo record but I understand it basicly mimics his MMA record or since Sambo is FEdors first love his MMA record mimics his Sambo one) Now if one has never watched a Sambo Match it is not overly different from MMA in most places A few more rules.

I think part of the reason alot of Fedors fights might not have been against what many would and do.. I mean just read above, argue are some of the more top teir fighters there could be another reason.. ( and yea this is about to sound very fanboy but whatever) Is while Nog might be ranked #1 in the UFC, His #1 is still not up to Fedors abalities. I think right now no one appears top teir next to Fedor is cause really he just has an all around great skill set. He seems toenjoy beating people at thier strength. Has he ever had a split decision? I do not recall seeing one on his record.. So even if someone has survived long enough to go the distancewith him it is still not a question of who won.

As for where Fedor right in a ring or a cage. I do not think to him it matters. Sambo is done on an open mat, I actually feel sorry for Tim in the upcoming match espically if Fedor is hoping to make a name for himself here in the US. FEdor Easily Beat Choi someone who is an accomplished striker and supposedly an OK grappler, not to the level of most MMA fighters but no Novice... But rushing in and taking away Choi's reach clinch him and drag him to the ground beat him there... Only an idiot would stand and bang with a guy whos arms are built like the average persons legs. I think Fedor is going to do basicly the same thing against Tim...

I think it is almost laughable how people claim Fedor is not #1 They claim someone like Nog or even Randy is... AS stated Fedor owned Nog twice... But then people say... But Nog has improved... Oh so what.. Fedor has stopped training just because he has not been getting the best fights around? I read an interview awhile back where fedor claims he is not even close to reaching his full potential and still has a long way to go and a lot to learn. Does that sound like a man who no longer trains? I think you could put Fedor in the ring any day against almost any body and expect him to win. Granted... This is MMA and ANYTHING can happen. Freak accidents. Foot slips a guy guesses right and lands a submission, a punch lands just right... Anything can happen.. but Sadly most fighters out there even Randy, Chuck( who says he can take Fedor) and anyone else for that matter has to really hope for as I can not see a flaw in Fedors game that someone can come in and exploit.

While I don't share the enthusiasm of most on this particular forum, I do believe that Fedor is the #1 HW. Fact: He beat Nog (asskickery x2) it doesn't matter when the fight took place, he won both times and I'm sure Fedor would fight him again if Dana White were willing to do anything that comes close to "compromise" with his company. Fedor did not take the UFC contract because it was completely s ludicrous. As far as top competition, Affliction looks more appealing to me with regard to the Heavyweight division than does UFC at the present moment. I don't know about you, but I would much rather watch Fedor and Sylvia with Rothwell vs Arlovski than Nog vs Gonzaga or Lesnar vs Barnett. While the fights might be mildly entertaining on the UFC side, I would rather spend my money to catch a premier matchup even if it's going to be short (which I think Fedor vs Sylvia will be). Dana White has ****** his heavyweight division and as a result people tune in for the LW and MW fights. Watching Fedor fight reminds me a lot of watching a Machida fight. Nobody has been able to figure him out. While he doesn't do the elusive dance like Machida does, the Fedor "problem" has not been solved either. I only use the word problem because it is everyone else problem who fights him. Not the fans. Fact: Fedor is younger than Big Nog, so to sit there and say the fight happened too long ago to determine which one is actually better is complete and utter bullshit as well. Fact: Fedor has a better record and wins his fights convincingly Fedor is 28-1 with only 8 of his fights going to decision, Nog is 31-4 with 13 of his fights coming by decision. Fact: if it wasn't a tournament and the rules didn't declare that there had to be a winner we would be talking about an undefeated Fedor vs a 4 loss Nog with two of his losses coming at the hands of Fedor. How could anyone possibly have Nog ahead of Fedor on the rankings scale? Inactivity, not fighting top competition, fighting weak opponents? These are bullshit excuses. Anyone competing at the level at which these guys do is a good fighter and could whup my ass on any given day of the week. There's only so many asses you can kick in your division before there's not too many left to kick. Couture makes the best case for a match against Fedor, even though I wouldn't mind seeing the two sambo artists fight (Arlovski and Fedor) But Couture is aging and it's not the same Randy. However you hack it, Fedor is #1. If people thought he's worse than Nog, then why aren't Chuck, Tim and Randy openly expressing their desire to fight Nog? Wait, they aren't they are wanting Fedor, draw your own conclusion.
