Kimbo will be anthing else then a entertainer. Is that fair enough to say?

That was a good post. I'll agree, but at the end of the day that's what it comes down to. I can say though, I wouldn't want to get hit by Kimbo.

Now I may have been to overwhelmed with his win I forgot the facts, Kimbo hasn't been taken down yet, So I don't know how well he'd work his guard, or work in someones guard, but you know it's great to hope.

just the like serra fans HOPING he beats GSP.
they know it's not going to happen, but they just keep hoping.

You can shit in one hand and and hope in the other....

I too wouldn't want to get hit by Kimbo, but then again, I wouldn't want to get hit by anyone that carries nearly 100 pounds over me. Kimbo seems to be a smart guy, as long as the money is right for him.

I am hoping that we get to see him in the UFC, surely the UFC has some interest in him since he draws a large crowd. I dont know the details of his contract, maybe someone can clarify that???

It will be interesting to see what happens in the futur.

All i've found was that it was "Long term" I wish I knew exactly.

If he got into the UFC their ratings would go up again, maybe not by much, but I'm sure Kimbo might have somewhat of a fan base.

Oh, Kimbo has a fan base for sure. You could call the people that want to see Kimbo get KO'd a fan too, they are going to pay to see him fight and they will fill up the seats. I dont think there is one person out there that doesn't want to see what happens in a Kimbo fight.

lol I guess honestly thats true, he's a real love or hate.

Miami sure loved him (the only fighter the hole night they liked)

A Kimbo fight can go either way I think, I want to see more then 43 seconds of him in the ring.

People can hate on Kimbo all they want. I'm a well educated MMA fan, but I'm telling you his head movement and his stalking demeanor are going to take him places in MMA. Coupled with the fact that he chose of all people Bas Rutten to train him to be an MMA fighter makes him a dangerous guy in the cage. He's not going to win the UFC heavyweight title within the year or anything, but mark my words he will be a legitimate MMA contender in the future. I hold out more hope for him than I do Brock Lesnar, actually.

and by the way, whoever said Brock Lesnar hits harder than Kimbo is probably wrong. Big muscles don't make you hit hard. Technique combined with strength makes you hit hard. I don't call Brock's out of control swinging "technique"

JT has a glass jaw
ricco is so out of shape its laughable
shamrock is over the hill

Shamrock was over the hill in 2001 lol, at this point he's tumbling down on the other side. But your right, ony logical choice here would be silva

i think what might end up happening is kimbo v. gannon because think about it they (EliteXC) put together kimbo v. tank which had hype to it and was supposed to happen in cage fury, so i think they'll put him with gannon for the immense hype and the $$$, but if this does not happen they he should fight Brett Rogers, James Thompson,

If they do give him Shamrock, and if Kimbo should lose this fight, well then i'd just laugh

i'll be the first to say that i hated kimbo when he first started... but i did gain a ton of respect for him last night and mauro was right, he does put asses in the seats... and i'll keep gaining respect if he keeps moving to tougher competition... i think a bigger statement for him next would be big foot silva instead of shamrock... just my opinion.
