Not a UFC/pride topic, so moved to the lounge. Anyway iagree this is a complkte waste. he was obvioulsy getting better on the ground. I was hoping he would slim down some, keep getting better, and be a contender sometime soon.
R.I.P Hunts career.

yea defenately. sounds like he is giving up fighting, now he is just gonna make money off his name on whatever he can, i would have want him to go over to K1 and make so mega fight (JLB), or go into dream........on the side note, i dont quite remember where i heard it, but didnt zuffa(UFC) had him on the side, and were waiting for his reply wether he could make weight or not, so that they could sign him.........seems like he couldnt after all....

I remember hearing that The organization he signed with is quite friendly with k-1 (dream) and him fighting there is not out of the question.

Yes, if you all remember Hustle is ran by Takada. Dream has said he will fight under their banner. I'd like to see him and Aleks, as well as Hunt Cro Cop II mma style.

yea UFC had him on the side, but apparently he couldnt make 265 to be able to fight in the UFC............well its good that he will still be able to fight in dream, or even k-1, now that cro cop is in dream, i wouldnt mind seeing hunt/crocop go at it once again, but its a dangerous fight for mirko, and if he wants back into the UFC, which he has to win 3 straight, this fight would be a gamble on wether he would be able to make his way back into the UFC

Where is there a rule that a fighter must win three straight to make the UFC or if a fighter loses three straight he is out? I hear this mentioned all the time but there is no reality to it. It is up to Joe Silva who gets fights and who does not. I am pretty sure he does not abide by guidelines like the three loss rule.

shamrock did it, CC did a match i dont think he is done with fightin, i can see him gettin back into it.
imo i think its smart to do it because did you see brock, he got 250k to fight mir, get your name big and fight for big $

pretty sure if cro cop lost all 3 of his UFC fights he wouldnt be back, and the other guy said cro cop would have to win 3 because cro cop has a 3 fight contract with dream and i dont think theyd be satisfied if cro cop didnt win all 3 to bring him back, clear enough?

****. I wanna see Cro Cop vs Hunt 3 rubber match in wrestling now. Cro Cop won the K-1 fight, Hunt won the MMA fight, guess we will see who is the best now!
