Yes I'm sure it will be. In fact all the one interview that Rampage has did about the game was sponsored by Xbox.

I hope this game turns out to be really great.I'm a bit sceptical just because all the UFC games have been fairly mediocore so far,the best probably being the original on Dreamcast. So hopefully this is an innovative game that proves me wrong. My biggest worry is that with all previous UFC games being lackluster, and still selling decent enough to make another one, this could give a lot of reason to cop out on this one as well, due to the fact that MMA's popularity has swelled X10 since the last game.It would be easy to crap out a rubbish product that's going to sell very well regardless of how good it is.

But like I said,I'm hoping I get proved wrong on this, and THQ delivers an amazing game!

I just hope the button configuration is better than the ones on the WWE games..I really hate mashing a Button like aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa to apply a move or escape one.

THQ is a good company, the game should be pretty good as long as they design it as a MMA simulation...and not an arcadey button masher. It definitely has a ton of potential, with so many new MMA fans this could be a really successful game if they do it right.

Is there any confirmed fighters yet? The only fighters that I've read about or heard are the following.

Chuck
Rampage
Gleison Tibau
Frank Mir
Thiago Alves

Tibau, Alves, and Mir came from the IGN boards from this game because they posted messages saying that they did the capturing for their characters.

I'm sorry, but I could give a damn less about a new MMA video game. I work, go to school, and in my spare time I like to train. But I guess I wouldn't mind trying the game out. Hell, I might end up liking it. I wonder how the submissions will work, probably combinations of different buttons for different submissions. And could you roll around to North-South position, or half-mount, to side-mount, to full-mount, etc? Will there be advance BJJ techniques? I guess I have just talked myself into being halfway interested in this game. Forget my first comment.

Ok guys, here is the updated list of fighters. I will keep updating this list when I find out more people that have been confirmed. If you do see that a fighter has been added to the game, please include a source, so that the person can be added to the game. Hopefully, this can become pinned so everyone won't constantly be making posts about it.

Liddell
Rampage
Tibau
Alves
Lauzon
Bruce Buffer (Un-Lockable)
Forrest Griffin
Diego Sanchez
Bisping
Matt Arroyo (I still stand behind the fact that he just did some motion capturing instead of being in the game.)
Mir
Wanderlei Silva
Hermes Franca
Marcus Davis

Rumored to have done body scans:
Shogun
Soku
Dan Henderson
Anderson Silva
Rich Franklin

Also, Marcus Davis stated that the game used Euphoria Technology and the fighters move identical to what they do in real life. He also talked about how the game uses the different guard strategies. Open guard, closed guard, and side mount and such will look and play differently then they have before.
