$60k each:

Sub of the night: Mir
KO of the night: Lytle
Fight of the night: Timmeh and Big Nog

IMO, Nog's sub was better and slicker, but I'm glad they gave it to Mir. He made only 80k (40/40) to Brock's 250 (250/200 plus ppv?) Plus Nog got the other one

I kind of wish Boetsch got the KO bonus because that was one of the sickest/coolest throws in history. Plus he probably got only 10k (5/5) at best.

too me nog's anaconda choke after the abuse he suffered was more impressive than mir's kneebar (i thought he had the ankle at first but i think it was a kneebar anyways). since nog got fight of the night im glad mir got the nod though. it would have been nice to see boellesch get the extra $$$ since im sure that you are right that he fought for next to nothing.

I agree with FOTN and SUB but I think your right that Boetsch should have got the KO. I think they gave it to Lights Out because Kyle tried pulling guard with Yves Lavigne.

While I did jump out of my seat when Mir locked in that sub, I thought Almeida's was sick. He gets slammed hard and still keeps it locked on, Marquardt's was impressive too considering it was against Jeremy Horn.

Lots of great subs, could have gone to any of them

I agree in that I thought Nog's sub was better, but I don't think Nog minds right now. lol

As for Boetsch, I think this fight secured him a couple more UFC fights so I think he's happy with that.

Also notice how there were so many guillotines?

Yes I did notice. It was nice to see that a properly executed guillotine is still alive and well in mma. We have been seeing alot of poor guillotine attempts that lead to fatigue and guard. UFC 81: Return of the Guillotine

Brock won't get that 200+, just the 250. The 200 was his win bonus if he beat Mir, which didn't happen.

in terms of submission of the night, i couldn't be able to give it to nog because although his guillotine was nice it wasn't even the best of the night. i say submission of the noght was between ameida's tight guillotine that survived a front flip and mir's leg lock. leg lock's are my favorite JJ techniques so i am a little biased and chose mir. mir most likely got it due to the hype before the hype but you cannot deny the beauty of that submission even if it was telegraphed from miles away because leg locks are underused and under appreciated in today's MMA. this was a great night for JJ and i was completely satisfied with all of my JJ guys winning and putting on a good show. i agree with the other bonuses and hope the next card will be just as exciting because big named cards usually wind up disappointing.

they must have brought in a lot of live gate revenue, becuase the UFC bases their bonuses on revenue taken in a the gate. I think this is the highest they have ever been, as 55, 000 was the previous best i can recall.

Chris smashed that guy in less than 30 sec and the guy didn't know where he was for like 5 mins I would say thats the KO of the year to this point.

I agree with the Lytle KO of the night, he man handled Bradley. Boestch wasn't far behind, that throw was amazing.

Sub of the night should have gone to Nog, due to the fact he pulled a 6'8" man into guard, swept him, and got a guillotine from top position almost. I would even put the Ricardo Almeida 1 arm guillotine over that half-assed knee bar that fell right into Mir's lap.

Fight of the night I agree entirely with, that fight was pretty amazing, Nog took a beating like always and found a way.

I honestly thought Almeida should have gotten sub of the night. That was a tight ass ddt choke. And Mir getting paid 80,000 while Brock is making 250,000 is an insult to MMA.

Frank Mir didn't draw all of those fans...Brock Lesnar is a huge pull, he brings all the wrestling fans over, and possibly converts them. They gave him that big of a contract because of his name. I don't really agree with that, but it's a smart business decision.
