Nog is a real master in BJJ !!
he found a way to put Tim down, to keep him there and to sweep him to atchive half mount, and the Sub was so perfect, i mean, the guy is a MASTER !!

I say nog could get performance of the night. he took a beating from big tim and still managed to put him away, the guy got hit with some huge shots and just kept coming, the guy earned every bit of that win.

I love Nog and I am so stoked that he won the belt. Did you see how happy he was, priceless I love the guy?!?!?!?! I always get crazy when he fights and this was absolutely no exception. I am proud he is the new UFC Heavyweight Champion. I wish I was there to celebrate with him, but I am having a nice celebration right now with my friends. WOOHOOOOOOOOO I AM SO STOKED!!!!!!!!
Him and Hendo are my favorites.

Really proud of Nog, very happy to see him with that gold around his waist. Now we get to see Werdum Nog 2, should be great since Werdum is training with Chute Boxe.

Yea great for Nog. BUT Tim has NOTHING to be ashamed of okay. He dominated the first two rounds against a BJJ blackbelt, former PRIDE champ, and current UFC champ. (I'm in no way a fan of Tim okay) But Nog, in the third, couldn't have put on a better performance. Perfect sweep, poor armbar attempt. Into a slick choke. a true BJJ expert.

I loved this fight. I called an 2nd round anaconda choke prior to the fight, and was pleasantly surprised with the guillotine. So happy for this guy, after the beatings he takes, to get the title, and impressively so.
I'm really excited to see Tim Sylvia push the pace, he actually looked blood thirsty after that big shot. If he can stay that way I can definitely see a Tim/Big Nog rematch.

finally, pride stars showing dominance over the infidels.
just kidding!
great showing by both fighters, i was worried for nog that he might lose the decision on how sylvia was workin that jab and uppercut.. but of course he comes through and does what a BMF is meant to do.

I called 3rd round sub but I'm also happy for Nog. He's such a warrior! Now watch M-1 go under, Fedor sign and take it from him again.

I think the next big fight will be Randy vs Nog. Randy chos Tim to win, so I think he's now appreciating the skill Nog has. I think Randy may come back for that fight.
