They overturned it a few days ago. I think the reasoning was that when he actually threw the kick, Akiyama was a downed opponent, so the move was illegal, even though when it landed Akiyama was up.

IDK its a really hard one to call. It looked like as soon as the kick hit Akiyama was lifted up by the force fo the blow.
