Hey everyone,
I'd like to introduce myself  ..
I'm 20 year old guy from the south of holland. I've been watching MMA since UFC 66. I've been in to martial arts for about a 1 and a half year.
I started out boxing but nowadays I train in: Muay thai(once a week), Judo (once a week), MMA (once a week) and Kyokoshin karate(if my body allows it :P ) and I support training with some weight lifting and cardio.
Height: 5.8
Weighing in at: 176 lbs
That's about it, I'm looking forward to chat and discuss stuff with you guys bout MMA
