HW- Gonzaga
LHVY- Machida
MDDT- Hendo
WWT- GSP
LWT- Sherk

Do you remember my "when will Machida get a shot" thread ages ago? If I remember correctly you didn't know if he was good enough to be champ

Sorry I just noticed this when someone dredged up this trhead. i ran a search becuase I don't remeber saying that . here is what I did say.

He has to beat some currently higher ranked competition in the UFC, and it wouldn't hurt for him to finish someone.

WW - GSP
MW - Hendo
LHW - Shogun
HW - Nog

I'm hoping that BJ beats Sherk, and then Frankie gets a title shot by the end of the year...

Don't see any real competition for Georges... I think Fitch could pose a threat and also Marcus Davis if he keeps winning...

I agree with whoever said that Hendo's head is too hard and his wrestling is too good... Should be a good fight with Anderson though, intersting to watch linch vs clinch, MT vs Greco...

Shogun will get a shot if he gets past Chuck (which I think he will), and I think he's just a bad style matchup for Page and just plain has his #...

While there are some good fights for Nog, I don't see anyone taking him out for a while... Maybe an eventual rematch with CC, but we all know how the first one ended up...

LW- Sean Sherk-I have Joe beating BJ, but I think it does not matter who wins. Sherks LNP is straight nasty and will beat anybody. We need to find a GSP in the LW division. Sprawl and shoot on him and stop him like GSP. I'm hoping Frankie could be that person but he might be too small size wise.

I think BJ has the takedown defense to neutralize Shrek. I see BJ stopping the takedown and punishing Shrek on his feet, much like he did to GSP for the first round of their fight. With his improved conditioning, Penn's going to make it a long night for the "Electric Blanket ".

HW - NOG - after randy finnally gets his sh1t straight, fights nog, loses.

LHW - lidell - after he beats shogun. gets rematch with page after he beats forest. Lidell comes in fired up like for the wandy fight and takes page serious this time around (im pretty sure shogun and wandys 3 anihilations of page made lidell take him lightly, we all know what happend when chuck took randy lightly the first time as well as jardine.)

MW- A SILVA - after he KO's hendo for the first time, has rematch because hendo is easily ahead of everyone else. and KO's him again.

WW- GSP -after total domination of serrra and fitch/karo.

LW- BJ PENN- after he smashes sherks face in and forces shrek to go to another org that alows him to take his beloved steroids.

HW- Big Nog, it could have been Gonzaga, but since he lost at ufc 80, he won't get a chance until 09, he needs to get his shit together, he has promise to be a great HW champ. But for now Big Nog will hold it down.

LHW-Forest (depending on who his next opponent after winning the belt will be, if Machida beats Ortiz and gets a title shot, could be very interesting)

MW-Hendo, for sure (love this guy, although I hope sometime after he smashes Silva, Franklin gets one last shot at the title, and pulls off the win over Hendo, Franklin's my boy)

WW-GSP (unless the ufc comes around and gives Fitch a shot, that match I haven't decided who would win yet)

LW-Feel it will be Penn, but it will be interesting who he will fight after Sherk. Ken-Flo, Hueta, Edgar, Stevenson again, all pose problems.
