HW - Nog or Gonzaga (even though he got raped by Randy, I still think he could be dominate the division)
*btw, if it is silvia, I'm going to kill myself
LHW - Rampage!
MW - Hendo (I love Anderson Silva, but I think Hendo's wrestling is too good and his head is too hard for Silva)
WW - GSP with no other real competition whatsoever
LW - Penn, but (this is a huge stretch) I wouldn't be surprised to see Kenny Florian or even Frankie Edgar do some amazing things by the end of the year.

Well, it is impossible for Shogun to be LHW champ before 2009.
Forrest and Rampage will fight only in the summer probably and after that the #1 contender will fight the winner at the end of 2008 minimum and probably in 2009.
Shogun will have to win atleast 2 fight before having a title shot and it will not be before 2009 for sure.
i think that the first #1 contender to fight the winner of Forrest / Rampage will be the winner of a probable Jardine / Liddell 2 !!

LW- Sean sherk (he will fight for the title in the middle of 08' and get the belt, right now i think he is just to strong, annd his ability to keep people down is amazing, although i'd rather see BJ have it, it think sherk would be able to hold him down, and tire him out to a decision)
