A couple weeks ago an MMA agent/writer took up an offer from UFC fighter Luke Cummo to do a 14-day health live-in training camp on Long Island, but only in 12 days. Day 1 of this camp has now been posted for all to read.

Wow, that's a messed up diet. I don't think I'd last 2 days let alone 12.

He confirmed the drinking-urine thing.

But he's still in it, and actually, sounds like he's a believer. I dig Luke, he's at the other end of the spectrum, personality-wise, compared to a lot of fighters it seems.
