Well i was at UFC 79 and if Irvin doesn't ahve a serious concussion he is lucky. Cane gave him a big knee when he was downed, Irvin never saw it coming. He was in lala land, could barely stand, crowd booed the shit oiut of Cane he apologized, vbut the crowd would have none of it...

Silva torqued his knee while jumping around before the fight started. I wonder if that's what he had MRI'ed?

You didn't see that? I think it could be a concussion for Silva though.

i saw the knee torque. I dont think it was a knee torque, just a misstep. But who knows. I was hoping it was just a misstep lol

$hit I'm surprised that Chuck isn't in the hospital either....did you see how swelled up the right lower side of his mouth was during his post fight interview with Joe...he was talking a little slurred too....I thought it was possibly broken!! Wandy got an MRI because anyone who takes that many shots from Chuck just has too....it's mandatory!!! LOL!!!

^^ Yeah I thought about that too :)
The knee thing was shown clearly on the PPV. Wandy comes into the ring and is galloping around when he lands a little sideways, it looks like his knee torques just a touch, he grimaces and shakes it out and then he seems fine.
He might have just toughed the rest of the fight out, but I really think he did twist it just a bit there.
If you have it on DVR you can look and see for yourself.

Yeah, if Wandi wouldnt have torked his knee he would have won that fight. That is BS he got hurt right before it started. Dana should give him a rematch and Wandi would definatly win then.
Sarcasm is now off!

Haha Chuck is always slurring his words in interviews I've noticed. Not just that time when he was messed up on that talk show, but he has never seemed that good at speaking when it comes to interviews I don't know maybe it's just me but he seems to stammer a bit lol. But if it really was that swollen maybe he should have gotten it checked out.
