Scary logic there. I dont see Pride letting Fedor, Silva, or Gomi out of their grasps so I am going to say Rua or maybe Silva from EXC and Bodog. Hed make for a tough heavyweight and I think he is attainable.

im glad to see someone picked Hunt

i couldnt decide between him and Shogun but Hunt would be my Second choice...Shogun could of easily been my second choice too but he was just lucky enough to get my vote

it was a coin flip

I am going to pick Gomi. I think his aquisition would do the most to bolster the UFC. He may not have the name recognition that Wanderlei has, to the casual fan, but that would change after one fight. Gomi-Jens-BJ-Sherk-Hermes would be awesome. If you add Fireball to that list, who Dana has already said he WANTED, WOW! The 205 lb division is starting to fill out for the UFC. All of the fighters listed would definitely add top talent and provide awesome wars, however Gomi fills a greater need for the UFC. Shogun, to me, rates 2nd because of his age.

I'm a big Gomi fan, but I'd love to see a Chuck vs Shogun fight to help settle many of the fantasy matchup threads on who's the best LHW at the moment. Wandy a close 2nd, but Shogun first as I think his style is more of a threat to Chuck.

sam here, I would love to see that. I would also love to see Wandy vs. Chuck, but I think Shogun would beat Wandy.

He's noy on the list, but I just wannna nominate Kid Yamamoto. He could start the featherweight division. even at 155 I think he would be an immediate title contender.

For one fight its gotta be Wandy. Who hasn't been waiting forever to see him fight Chuck? I hope this does happen( and soon) because even though The Ice Man has been killing everyone that number is getting close to 40.

For a couple of years i'd pick up gomi. He could definately put the spot light on the little guys. I wanna see BJ/Gomi 2. IMO Sherk needs to go.

Mitsuhiro Ishida. His style would be perfect for the UFC.

Shogun... cause he deserves a title shot for long time and it didn t happen because of who the champ is ...

The reason I prefer Wandy is all the Chuck/Wandy crap could end.Shogun coulds be the pride champ then, with his only real threat Lil Nog IMO. And he's a big threat., I thinkhe won their first fight.

The UFC's lightweight division is blooming at a pretty steady rate and they've aquired some great talent and alot of possible contenders and matchups. The welterweight division IMO is the most concrete in the UFC and they've got most of the top 10 talent in the world with the likes of St.Pierre, Hughes, Sanchez, etc. However everything else in the UFC is pretty shallow at this point especially LHW, and HW (although they are improving with the addition of Crocop, and Rampage to the roster). If the UFC could aquire Wanderlei Silva or Shogun tons of fantasy matchups could possibly be made, and Chuck would get the chance to fight some of the worlds best international light heavyweights.

Rogerio is probably the only realistic choice given. Champs are unlikely and Hunt's fat ass han't been anywhere near making 265 for a long time.

+1 for Ishida.

My nominee would probably be Kang. He'd make a great addition to an already stacked div.
