Perhaps never in the history of mixed martial arts has someone’s nickname been so poignant when it is applied to an upcoming match-up as Rich Clementi’s when used as a backdrop for his upcoming fight with Melvin Guillard at UFC 79 this Saturday in Las Vegas.
“No Love.”
Indeed there is absolutely nothing but distain from Clementi to Guillard, a classic case of veteran opposing a young rising star, two people from very different ideologies colliding in what could be the grudge match of 2007.

i like clementi because i think he is tough as nails and to be honest with you i think he can beat melvin because his sub defense is sub par. with that being said i think melvin still scores the ko, similar to the gabe rudiger fight.

I think that Rich can pull it off....he's only been KOed once (2001 Spratt) and it's not like he stopped fighting strikers, on the other hand Melvin has lost 6 fights, 5 BY SUB!! Then again that's just looking at this fight on paper. Melvin is far more explosive and athletic and who knows, he gets a reversal and some GNP and it could be all over real quick like!
