I've always felt that the "Street Certified" refers strictly to Kimbo vs. Tank, so they're going to push it that way. Other than that, it does seem like a bit of a weak show but most people are likely going to tune in for the main event anyway expecting a street fight in a cage, that's probably what they'll get.
Former TUF 2 contestant Seth Petruzelli vs. Dave Herman has been added to the card.

exelite has alot of good and young fighters, i enjoy the show, it ain't the ufc but that might actually be a good thing. i enjoy the cards what they need to do is combine exelite, cage rage and strikeforce to just one banner, they could have cards every month, but right now just to have this one as well as cage rage and strikeforce on showtime, i am glad i have it, i don't get spike tv nor pay per view go figure but to just relax at home and not hit a bar nor go to a buddies house to watch the fights i do enjoy it. and with the fights being annouced in march and april, there is something to be excited for and have mma matches not just once a month but know twice or even three times a month to watch it helps us die hards gives us something to hold over till the next fights. even is kimo does beat tank i still am not convinced, i like bigfoot i think he can be the best heavyweight besides fedor, he will beat ricco, i like yves edwards he might not be the same dominant fast lightweight in the ufc with highlight reels in every fight i still think best knockout ever was his flying kick but i am glad to see him stepping closer and closer to what he once was. i was sad to see gina not being able to fight on this card i really enjoy the ladies fighting, james thompson of pride is fighting i hope he can be the old and not the new right now just make it out of the first round james. anyways it should be a great night to watch can't wait till march 29th shamrock vs cung lee, i think gina is fighting as well, also jake shields and gilbert melendez will be fighting on the card, not against each other but seperate bouts as joe riggs i believe will be on it

Tank was on yesterday's Gross Point Blank on Sherdog, he talked a lot about his fighting history, not just in MMA but street fighting, and equally kept putting Kimbo over, burying him, and taking some not-too-cheap shots at him. Quite an enjoyable interview as Tank was really in character the whole time and it made for a good promo for the fight.

I got to take Kimbo in this one. The damage he did in his street videos (which was all striking like this match will end up being) and quite possibly has the heaviest hands in MMA (by no means a fact, has yet to be proven).
One thing for sure. This is not going to leave round 1.

Can't wait to see Kyle Noke fight Scott Smith. Being a proud Aussie, I hope Kyle can showcase his skills once again.

Full final card is now up in first post. 5 fights are scheduled to air on Showtime, with the 5 prelims to be streamed live on ProElite.com. Most notable changes are that both Charles Bennett & Seth Petruzelli dropped off the card.

Apparently so is Frank Trigg. So much that he wants Kimbo to lose. In fact, Trigg says, Kimbo MUST lose.
Article
Kinda makes one hope Kimbo wins, doesn't it? Although Ricco's also been saying that he & Silva will almost certainly be fighting aga in 6 months, only for a title.

Yves Edwards KO was a thing of beauty. I don't think I have ever seen someone throw a knee like that while defending a single.

Junkie noted that apparently Silva fought with a torn MCL last night that hindered his performance (suffered about 2 weeks ago). Maybe they should have that rematch 6 months from now Ricco was talking about, but only if both guys are 100%.
