How can u bet against page, but forrest won't lay down for anyone. look at his fights with Bonner and Shogun. this guy goes until the final bell. Very hard to beat. i'm going on a limb and saying he beats rampage. Unanamous decision!

I'm not going to count Forrest out. Lot of people don't give him the credit because he comes from TUF. But he comes from a great camp and he is no joke. I think he has a real good chance in this fight. I think he will come in with a good game plan and maybe pull off an upset.

Thank goodness a few people posted some sanity there at the end. There are no chumps in the UFC. These are the best of the best. Jardine got caught by a pit bull with knock out power. His wins over Liddell and Griffin should not be dismissed. Just as Alexander should not be dismissed for being submitted by a BJJ master. That being said, Shogun is Shogun. So the guy's cardio wasn't up to par. So what? Did he forget how to fight too? Cardio is important, but cardio does not equal skill, technique, strength, and heart. People keep saying that Rua wasn't fighting like himself. Give Forrest some credit. Maybe Rua didn't look like himself because he was outmatched. I didn't think Cro Cop looked like himself against Congo either. People are already saying Wandi threw the fight against Chuck because he "didn't look like himself." Because some of these guys have been hyped and overhyped for years and turns out Pride doesn't own UFC like everyone thought. I'm pulling for Griffin, anyway. I think you guys are underrating him. Plus he's got Captain America as a trainer!
On a side note, Henderson is a world class fighter, but he is a much smaller guy than rampage. And he held his own in the clinch with Jackson. Griffin is bigger than he looks. He should be able to scrap with Rampage. He doesn't have the knock out power that Jackson has, but he has a great chin, lots of heart, and he has come a long way with his striking especially. Out of the Octagon, both are great guys and I have no ill will towards either. Hopefully it'll be a 5 round war! Wow, long first post.

P.S. There are other ways to train cardio than running on a treadmill.

I think Forrst will have better success on the show, but also get frustrated when his fighters dont do what he wants....he seems he'd get irritated by that stuff easily.
as far as the fight goes..I think it will be a war for the first couple rounds and Rampage will eventually score a TKO in the 3rd
