The HDNet network has secured broadcast rights to the Yarennokai event in Japan on 12/31 featuring Fedor Emelianenko, and the IFL World GP Finals on 12/29. The deal also gives HDNet broadcast rights to Fedor's future international fights.

Comcast has chosen not to make HDNet and HDNet Movies available at this time so us the MMA fans who have Comcast Cable will be missing out on possibly the best Mixed Martial Arts show of the year. I ask the help of my fellow MMA Fans, please sign this petition so we can also do our part in helping this sport continue to grow. Thank you. Sign at

Yes if you get HDNet (which likely requires digital cable or satellite with an HD channel package), not sure about live but my guess is no because of the time difference (somewhere between 13-15 hours). If it were live the start time would likely be something like 4-5 AM ET.

Some more details about the coverage: It WILL be aired live. The start time isn't official yet but Wrestling Observer is reporting a likely start time is 6 AM ET. Don't worry if you can't be up between 3-6 AM, it will replay the next day.

I have DirectTV so no problem for me
Mark Cuban is the man. He owns the Dalla Mavericks plus HDNet and HDNet Movies. HDNet is my favorite channel on TV. Has the Inside MMA show. Dan Rather Reports, their World News, concerts, The Black Donnely's, Torchwood, his new MMA promotion

At our worst we were still better than most. At our best we could just wipe the floor with the lot of them. It was just a very good live band."

This means I get a good free show from them on; December 15 with Frank trigg fighting, Jason Miller
December 22 with Matt Lindland's show up in Portland
and
December 31st--Fedor. Nice.
