Oh man...I had forgotten about that!! That should have to be his first fight at 155.

I hope he gats his ass beat. He comes across a little to proud imo, I know TV can represent someone however they want but he still acts like a bully. They should put him in a house with top level guys and Id bet he would stop picking on his roommates.

On the show Mac was talking trash about Cole Miller to on of his housemates (the weakest one imo) and I think he said that basically the guy didn't deserve to be in the UFC and that he could beat Cole's ass....this happened because they watched the fight in which Cole KOed Andy Wang via head kick in the first round. I guess Mac trains with Andy and the other kid trains with Cole.

Bowman is friends with cole and Mac is friends with Andy. Bowman was talking all this smack about how Cole beat Andy and Mac got tired of it and said he was going to drop down and beat cole's ass and that cole had Bowman to thank for it.

Edit:
He beat me to it.

I think Mac will win the finale and be a beast at lightweight. He would be a good matchup for Kenflo

I think Mac would beat Cole pretty bad. Mac does everything better and has fought much better opponents.

I kinda thought Mac was a bit of a bully too until I started reading his weekly blog. He's a VERY funny guy who is also pretty cocky, but the man walks the walk. You have to understand the situation these fighters are put under being put in a house with each other with no TV, no books, no communication with the outside world and the producers of the show actively pushing for mayhem to break out (hell the fighters are actively encouraged to get drunk and trash the house). With editing they play up any quote or action even more.

Mac is a pretty different from most of the guys on the show, he's been in the fight game for a long time and is also older than most. Different mentality, and of course given the circumstances that they were put under there would be some clashes. He has my respect and I can't wait to see how he can do at 155 in the big show(UFC).

I'd be a "bully", too, if I were stuck in a house full of drunken idiots. In my opinion, he held back quite a bit. I don't know if I could've shown the restraint that he did.

Especially with Richie Hightower. I wanted to pop him in the nose from my couch. I couldn't imagine how I would've felt being stuck in the house with the dude for weeks on end.

Hasn't he been fighting at 155 for like most of his career. He always was looking quite small in the show during the fights. That didn't stop him from winning of course, but nonetheless. GL to him, because he's clearly better than Speers but also much smaller.

He has been fighting at 155 for most of his career, as had George (I think).

With the small amount of time given to cut weight, it makes sense to fight on TUF in a weightclass above your own. Just look at Diego, Joe Stevenson, Mike Swick, Rashad, and all the others.

LW would be better for Mac as of right now. Look at all the talent in the WW division right now. That division offers alot of great potential fights to last for atleast 2 years.
