The CSAC has today upheld the 90 day suspension given to Kazuhiro Nakamura for marijuana use. He failed a post-fight test after losing to Ryoto (Lyoto) Machida at UFC 76.

Also, Adam Smith had his appeal dropped because he no-showed. Smith tested positive for marijuana and cocaine, which are drugs of abuse, and Nandrolone and Stanozolol, which are anabolic agents. He got a total suspension of 21 months and a $4K fine.
As far as Nakamura goes, if his suspension was retroactive to after the fight, he'd be eligible to return right around Christmas (90 days would be 12/22).
