I think that the Pointon cut was worse becasue it is deeper, but it doesn't look as bad as the Eastman cut becasue Pointon is one UGLY dude and the cut just kind of blends in with his face.

They were trying to ascertain whether or not the cut was superficial, but when they saw Fedor's skull they called it immediately. Ironically it was self inflicted, on one of the biggest nights in MMA history Fedor ends his big night with a flying headbutt and cuts himself. At least the no contest made for another awesome fight at Shockwave 2004!

Both of them look like they got stabbed in the forehead. Between Eastman's and Pointon's I'd say Eastman's looks worse to me, but both are still really bad.
