I think this is a great move for Herring he is a good fighter with solid skills but has had some hard times in the octagon training out of Randy's camp is great for him and i hope to see him improve and have some exciting fights and get some more wins in the ufc becuase the guy is a pretty good fighter i would like to see him around for a while especially in a division that needs a little help.

I think it is a good move for him.
not so long ago he was having a sure win over Big Nog but was like a guy who doesn't know what to do, and he was unable to finish him.
Xtreme couture will show him how to react when something like that happen for sure !!
