I just watched the Lauzon/Reinhardt fight and he looks really small. It looked like Lauzon was fighting a munchkin. Is it just me that thinks he's small, or is Joe just tall for 155?

He's 5'6 so he's pretty small.

I noticed it too. My friend went with me to 78 and he know's nothing about MMA so when he saw Reinhardt circling around the octagon he said "When did the UFC get a midget division?"

Was he brought to the UFC to show that they had the best fighters and to put a loss on his record? Because even though he was 18-0 he looked like a joke and his record is against all cans. When he came out swinging me and my friends all started to laugh. Does anyone think he will get another UFC fight?

highly unlikely.
he's not a terrible fighter per say....he's just had shitty fights since the beginning. 18-0 looks great on paper, as long as you don't read who he's fought. i didn't know much about him at all, so obviously I was curious to see how this record came about. When I scrolled through his resume, I think my facial reactions were somewhat similar to when I watched 2 girls and 1 cup.

ack

He is the perfect example of a promoter padding a record, and the fighter paying the price once he is matched up with someone tough... He couldve gotten hurt, plain and simple.

Yeah 9 of his fights were against first time fighters, and one of those guys he fought twice.
his only challange came from some guy named Del Hawkins who was 7-4.

To step up to 155 from 135 is a big leap and to fight Lauzon as your opponent makes it that much worse

He actually did sign a 3 fight contract because he was so good with the fans and talked to every person who he came in contact with. He goes to an offilate school of mine, and my instructor passed this on to us in class yesterday.
