The best KO ever to me was Vitor Belfort vs. Wanderlei Silva, 44 seconds of the first round.

Well better yet Cro Cop knocking his ass out!

I dont know if anyone watched CroCop vs. Igor Vovchanko. It actually made the #1 top best knock out on one of the tv programs where they were rating all the ko's from contact sports.

spoiler for those who have not:

"It looks like his head is doing a little dance" I believe was a quote from Mauro or one of the announcers... I always thought that was funny

The names of the fighters honestly escape me, but I believe it was in Pride. As soon as the bell rang one of the guys CHARGED like literally ran torwards the other guy with his arms flailing around and got a mouthful of delicious elbow.

My favorite KO ever is from K-1. I forget who, but someone headkicks Cro-cop, and he picks up an imaginary telephone, holds it to his head, and falls over.

I agree. This KO was AWSOME!!!!!!!

I think you mean Bonjasky, thats not Cro Cop who he kicks, I believe it's Petar Majstorovic who he kicks. Same haircut but thats it. Cro Cop was never Ko'd in K-1 like that.

I always thought Liddell's KO over Metzger in Pride was pretty brutal and Wand's KO over Metzger was pretty sick as well.
