UFC lightweight champion Sean Sherk, who’s appealing a $2,500 fine and one-year suspension due to a failed UFC 73 drug test, will learn his fate today.
Sherk’s hearing with the CSAC is set for today at noon ET/9 a.m. PT in Los Angeles.

No its like a proper court case where they can plead their case and give evidence etc then i think they retire and make a verdict, but of course there are 4 fighters at this hearing so what order they are doing them in i dont know???
Sherk is like the main event so may be left until last, with Baroni as the co main event, Nakamura and Smith will likely open the show

WTF?? If that's the case, I'm certain we won't get to see the LW title fight on Dec. 29th... unless his appeal is denied, and Penn fights Stevenson. If the decision is overturned... a month is quite a short time for Penn to prepare. Especially not knowing if he needs to prepare for Stevenson or Sherk until that date.

There was evidence brought to the panel on Friday, but someone forgot to make copies and pass them out to the commission.
No judgment until at least Nov. 13 1:30 pm.
