The prices/sales are a bit higher than you said but if course they have to pay a ppv cut to direct tv or whatever and they cost $40 dont they? but they get about 1 million buys so im seeing Dana and Fertita having AT LEAST $10 million per UFC PPV going in their pockets whilst the fighter payrolls are always around $700,000!!! and the big guys get most of that!

Believe it. This is the reason that guys like Randy and others OUGHT to leave.
They could make more than they are makng now by simply setting up their own shows and promoting them. Some of these guys have names that could promote simply by the name alone. Even without TV their gate could be better than 200K.
And undisclosed NON contractual money is a euphamism for "MONEY WE DON'T HAVE TO PAY YOU." They could give it to you...then again ...maybe they won't. Zero obligation. it's stupid.
I paid $60 for UFC 77. I'm guessing they probably had about 200K buys. That's about 9-10 million. Then their gate draw for the fight was probably about 1 million or 2. That's 11 million. Subtract 10-20% for costs and overhead for promotion and the take for Zuffa is about 7-8 million. The take for fighters 600-800 thousand.
Fighters are getting played.
