Nice interview, but what is Ken smoking. He never fought Royce three times.

I was just gonna say the same thing!!! It's either a miss-print or a Ken accidentally throwing out that number thinking of Tito... weird...

I actually went and checked his record just so I didn't say something stupid.

Ken's chronology is a little incorrect in this statement too.

Most of the highest gated events had my name on them. And before it was me and Tito, it was me and Royce, and before that, me and Severn, and before that, me and Kimo.

I meant the order not the time in between

Tito and Ken - 2002 and 2006
Royce and Ken - 1995 (UFC 1 does not count)
Severn and Ken - 1995 and 1996
Kimo and Ken - 1996 and 2004

... ah I guess you're right. I forgot how close some of those events were.

Well, Royce was reletively unknown to many people at the time of UFC 1 so I can't see his name selling tickets at the gate. Ken's name may have argueably sold tickets at the gate, but even then the UFC was not that well known at the time of its debut.
