does anyone know how you can get an animated avatar? do you have to PM a mod(i don't even know if there's mods on here) or something?

there are mods on the site, but im not sure about the animated avater, we got a video mod to that probly can help

Ima computer retard, but I have found out that they're called GIF's (no idea what that stands for) and believe you can upload them into your "my playground" as long as they fall into the file-size guidelines...
I have no idea where to get them, what the guidelines are, or how to do it though... So I guess this isn't much of a help
