I was really looking forward to see Lombard in the UFC. So Cubans aren't allowed to visit the US???? Sounds ridiculous if you ask me....

UFC should hold an event in Cuba then cuz I really want to see Lombard in the big leagues .

Unfortunately, we can't go to Cuba either.

but i can

me too. hooray for canada

Diego is out the title contention, for now. GSP is waiting for his rematch. Koscheck's record isn't as impressive as Fitch's or Karo's. So, I think it should go:
.
Hughes vs Serra ----- Winner fights GSP
Fitch vs Karo ----------- Winner gets title shot after GSP
Kos ----------------------- Faces loser of Fitch vs Karo (Winner gets next title shot)
.
.
.This way GSP gets a title shot. Then Fitch or Karo gets a shot. Then Fitch, Karo, or Kos gets a shot. I tried to keep it simple, but it got a little confusing.

i like it

this i sassuming KOS gets past his next fight...

GUTTED about this, not many people knew Lombard or how good that fight could be with 2 world class judo guys fighting and i was thinking it could of been FOTN, i seriously hope they can get a replacement so Karo can still fight, and as higher ranked ww fighter as poss, i liked the suggestion of Koscheck but think its unlikely, Marcus Davis likes to fight often so maybe he would have it?

I'd give Marcus Davis a chance to step up and take on Karo.

I like watching Davis fight. Hes a ball of muscle with two rock hard fists, hits like a truck, and loves to throw. Exciting to watch.

Here is how the Welterweight picture should go, Matt vs Matt in December for the belt. As for the number one contender. GSP vs Fitch. Winner takes the number one contender spot. GSP beat KOS, KOS beat Sanchez, Fitch beat Sanchez. So let GSP and Fitch go at it. As for the number 2 two spot let Karo and KOS fight. In a perfect world it would go down like this, but we all know Joe Silva IS NOT PERFECT!

Normally I'd say GSP has the no1 contendership and his next fight should be for the belt. But thats a long layoff. I think it would be good to see fitch and gsp go at it on the december card. It'll either show that nobody apart from penn and hughes can compete with gsp, or that jon fitch as respected as he is, is terribly underrated.

I also think we should see a rematch between sanchez and koscheck. Their first fight i think is gonna win worst fight of the year, but seeing how sanchez came out against fitch.. he's learned that he's learned that he's no mayweather. It might be hard to promote, but it'll probably be the fight that we were all hoping that the first one would be

I'm Glad someone finally mentioned Marcus Davis as a replacement. Although I'd rather see Koscheck fight Karo, I think Davis deserves to be considered too.

Fitch also deserves it, but I'm not soo sure they'd throw him back out there after he JUST fought. But hell, who knows?
