The UFC has officially announced the 5 main card fights for UFC 78, in the article on ufc.com they have this
Former middleweight title challenger David “The Soul Assassin” Terrell (10-2) makes his long-awaited return to the UFC against The Ultimate Fighter 3 finalist Ed “Short Fuse” Herman (15-4). For Terrell, who owns a first round knockout win over Matt Lindland, it will be his first fight in the Octagon since he submitted Scott Smith in a single round at UFC 59 in April of 2006. Herman is currently riding a two fight win streak with impressive submission victories over the aforementioned Smith and Chris Price.
BUT ............................. if you go the event fight card they have this -

For anyone that doesnt know these are 2 different guys, that guy /\ dave has fought in the WEC and beat Tiki earlier this year, but its really weird that they have his pic and stats there when they talk about the other Terrell?!??

Yep i thought they would but even so WTF WTF WTF in the meantime eh? I cant remember Dave ever going to be fighting in the UFC so why they have his paic and stats on their system? and just what a massive screwup to mix them up like that, i thought it was crazy but the lack of replies on this thread must mean im alone  oh well

Yeah bro thats what matey said, they changed it, but it was originally how i listed it in the 1st post, the other D.Terrel who fought Tiki in WEC, thank fck it is this way around, will be a great fight 
Hope David "Sick Note" Terrell doesnt fall ill yet again tho
