I think that Griffin vs Shogun, cuz some people said, and same with me that shogun would come into the octagon looking to bash some heads in, but that was not the case in UFC 76 at all. Griffin just tired him right out, shogun tried to fight but nothing was going his way, Griffin got his back in the 3rd! and put him in a RNC with 15 seconds left!!!!!!!
Serra vs GSP is also a huge one just becuz it was a 1st TKO! But i still think the shogun vs griffin was insane!!!

Definitely GSP/Serra IMO. I still think GSP beat s 9 out of 10. the others i could see possible ways they might happen. This one I gave Serra a punchers chance only.

Torn between Serra and Forrest.
I'll sat Forrest, because he dominated 80% of the fight and got the submission

id have to say for me its a tie between the gonzaga/cro cop fight and serra gsp. cro cop was supposed to come in, destroy gg and then take on randy. no one had even considered that gonzaga might win, let alone using cro cops signature move.
i didnt get to watch gsp and serra fight live, but when i got home from work and read the play-by-play i had to read it about five times to make sure i read it right. never in my wildest dreams did i think serra would win by tko in the first. if anything, i thought gsp would decapitate serra in the first.
i think i was one of the few people at the pond (honda center) that night when forrest beat shogun who wasn't surprised the fight went down that way. chuck/keith was just flat out disappointing rather than being an upset. and after cro cops first showing in the ufc, i wasnt at all surprised to see kongo take that fight.

-All the CC fights arnt to big upsets cause hes getting old -Jardine winning the decision isnt to big of an upset, chuck just didnt want that fight enough -Forrest beating Shogun was a possiblity with shogun not prepared for the cage and his first fight in awhile
So the most obvious upset was a guy who didnt work at all to get a title shot and threw a lucky punch in the first round. Im refering to Serra. The upset will be avenged later down the road though but Hughes will get to own him first.

Liddell vs Jackson. I had soooo much money on Liddell, imagine my expression when he got KO punched.

He is only 33!
As for Rampage / Chuck, that shouldnt have been an upset to anyone. Yes, Dana did throw Rampage in there with Chuck as quickly as he could, probably hoping to stop Rampage before he got his stride, but Rampage destroyed Chuck once (prime Chuck too, despite his loss to Randy, Chuck was at his sharpest and strongest at this point imo) so people should have known he could do it again.

He didn't put Rampage / Chuck, he put Jardine Vs Liddell.
I think the Biggest one had to be Serra over GSP. I mean the guy was tearing through the deepest division in the UFC, and just came off by far the biggest win of his career. He was/is entering his prime and looked unstopable. It has to go down as one of the biggest upsets of all time. As a huge fan of St. Pierre, I was devastated, but in the long run it looks like it may have been the best thing to ever happen to him. We wont know for sure until a few years go by, but his focus seems to be exactly where it needs to be, and matched with his physical skills, it could be a long time before we see him lose again.

Serra over GSP, just for the fact that I counted him out, and believed that it was going to be a massacre on Serra.

Liddell was the underdog in the Jackson fight. Win over opponent = Favorite.

Definately gotta be Serra / GSP.
As hippysmacker said, most of the others could go either way if they were to rematch. And imo if Shogun was to go away, fix his leg, work on his cardio more - I'd still put money on Griffin to win. Thing that shocked me most in that fight was the submission finish. But the Serra KO really DID shock me. Props to him though, he had his chance and he took it!

Ther has been alot of big upsets this year, so that is a hard question, but I go with Serra. First round TKO over the almost unstoppable GSP. At the time the CC fight came in close, but now I would say it is lower on the list after his latest fight with Kongo. Shogun vs. Forrest is huge in the MMA world, but it was Shogun's first fight in the octagon.
