I knew coming into this PPV that any one of these fights could be fight of the night...But this could be real hard to choose because there was no great finishes except for the Forrest Fight maybe if you like submissions...

What was your fight of the night?

I'm going with Tyson Griffin-Thiago Tarvaras just because they both rocked each other back to back times and there transitions were great, even though I thought it was real close split decision this was still a great fight...

If shogun would have standed with Forrest he would have KO'd him and won fight of the night but he was trying to be unpredictable and take him down which is smart but Forrest just had the way better ground game last night...

Jardine vs. Liddel is also a contender fo rthis but I didn't pick this fight because of each fighters sloppy wild punches and Chuck Liddel's EXTREMELY wild & random hilarious kicks

I completely agree, the Tavares/Griffin match was simply outstanding! I hope Tavares doesn't get too discouraged because this match could have easily gone the other way at any moment.

I agree, I had Tavares as the winner...apparently Sherdog and MMAweekly's play by play had the same feeling. Great fight either way.

i thought it was tavares griffin because both guys showed excellent skills in all areas, but shogun griffin was pretty close.

it was a match where there was no loser, i gave griffin the nod but it was so close that i would not have had any objection if the judges gave the fight to tavares, awesome fight.

Tavares/Griffen was great, two guys with sick skills working hard from bell to bell, but Forrest/Shogun was a great fight where both were looking for the first person to make a mistake and then a great finish right before the final bell.

I gotta agree with the majority here. Once again the lightweights steal the show! My friend complains that he doesn't like to watch lightweights because they never knock each other out. Stupid comment if you ask me...

I was so impressed with Griffin's sub defence. Tavares is no joke and Griffin gave him his back on numerous occasions, I was screaming "wtf you doing?!" but Griffin managed to pull through.

Griffin - Tavares for sure. Awesome fight. No one lost that one.

I honestly didn't care who won as I felt they both deserved it pretty much equally. Very close fight.
