Following a knockout loss in May, some observers expected Keith Jardine to be an easy mark for the return of another UFC 71 KO victim, former UFC Light Heavyweight Champion Chuck Liddell. But in tonight’s UFC 76 main event at the Honda Center, Jardine made it clear that there is no such thing as a sure thing in mixed martial arts, using an effective striking mix of kicks and punches to win a three round split decision over ‘The Iceman’.

i'm already screaming rematch ;)
never thought that fight would go to decision.
jardine shut a lot of people up with his performance , many didn't think he had a chance in hell of lasting that long against chuck.
was a good night for the underdogs.

I'm screaming rematch too...only between Jardine and Forrest, they both won against TOP ranked fighters last night and both want a title shot, give them a shot after Wandy gets his!
