Medium Raw - A Canadian Thriller/Horror, made for TV movie, staring the hot ass chick from the Dark Rising show and movies, with WWE's Christian and the late Andrew "Test" Martin.

Was about a serial killer who was recently caught by a detective who the killer had killed his young sister years before, sent to an asylum, where the detectives wife works, (who by the way is able to wear hooker boots while at work), surprise surprise once all parties are there, the power goes out setting all the nut jobs free, and having the staff and detectives running for their lives..

Super 8 - I'd group it as Red Dawn meets Independence Day. Still was an alright movie though, the kids did pretty good for their roles, as well as Buffalo's own Kyle Chandler (Coach Taylor from Friday Night Lights show)

just watched Hope Springs. It has Tommy Lee Jones, Meryl Streep and Steve Carrell.

Pretty funny comedy if you like awkward comedy. I was surprised with how good it was. I would call it a drama/comedy though.

I passed on this one numerous times, wasn't sure if it was gonna be a waste of time or not, considering I've been watching the some of the horrible found footage films on Netflix I guess I could give it a chance lol.

We have Tree of Life on demand...we made it through 10 min and had no clue what was going on so we turned on something less cerebral in "Chopped". It looked like it was kinda long, is it a worthwhile watch or will it end up like Babel?

Kuffs - An action/comedy from early 90's starring Christian Slater and Milla Jovovich and a few other recognizable actors, Slater takes over his brothers glorified police district unit, trying to track down his brother's killer. Just a okay movie, nothing to go out of your way to see.

I did the same thing when I watched it. I heard it is worth to sit through though.

Following advice from this topic... Tucker & Dale vs. Evil

Extremely loud and incredibly close

I'm glad you liked Tucker and Dale vs Evil. It's one of those movies you would never think to watch until recommended

this post made me buy that movie

picture it.....lastnight.... walmart... in any ghetto across the U.S....
i'm in the DVD section, and what do i see?... tucker and dale vs. evil, i thought to myself... holy shit there's that movie those cats were talking about. so i snatched one up then we bounced. i should mention the only thing i knew about this movie was these two posts. we get to the crib... once i get settled in, i roll up a blunt, while we're taking care of that business. i grab the movie and the first word i see on the cover is hillbilly... i thought to myself... this is going to be good. little did i know how funny it is. i laughed so hard my ribs hurt and tears were flowing down my face. this movie is easily my favorite comedy.
