All I can say is Chandler Jones looked purdy good against the Saints.

I have very little faith in my Saints this year, Cody. Between this off-season, taking a million years to sign your only Super Bowl-winning QB in franchise history, the distractions, and the lack of a coach, I think we're screwed.

I really hope he ends up starting. It'll make me feel good that Dolphins didn't sign Flynn.

As a Seattle fan who has been to multiple open practices and seen both games multiple times it's truly a testament to Wilson's skills more than it is a knock on Flynn's. The first game they didn't open up the playbook for Flynn as he went 11-13 for 71 yards, and in the next game he was 6-13 for 31 (5 of the 7 incompletions were to Terrell Owens including an absolutely perfectly thrown 46 yard TD pass that TO dropped). Take away even the one drop from TO and he's 18-26 for 148 yards 1TD-1INT against first string defenses.

Flynn isn't hurting himself, Wilson is just playing lights out at 22-33 for 279 yards and 8 rushes for 92 yards with 4 total TD's & 1 pick. We'll see what happens when Wilson gets a first string defense and Flynn gets the 2nd & 3rd stringers but I truly think Wilson already is the best person to put behind center for his dynamic play if nothing else. The first QB under 6 feet drafted in the first three rounds in who knows how long yet he had the biggest hands of any QB in a draft filled with guys like the 6'8" Brock Osweiler. The man has fucking mitts, and leadership most rookies can't even imagine.

As a sidenote, the Seahawks guaranteed Flynn less money than the Dolphins guaranteed Tannehill. Flynn's contract is truly team-friendly even if he were to be a backup since the contract is so incentive laden.

Jim Irsay is hinting at a big trade for the Colts. Speculation is that it is either Mike Wallace or MJD.

As a Pittsburgh fan i'd sorta miss Wallace, for me to say i wouldn't miss him and say he's a douche,Would make me look like a typical fickle fan,But even though he's pretty much a burner and speed fades eventually,It does make a D respect that and opens up other guys,But doesn't look like Steelers will sign him regardless so might as well trade and get a return instead of letting him walk for nothing,But not real sure who they'd ask in return,Maybe a 1st round pick. But i think MJD would make a lot more sense for the Colts right meow.

Jesus. They finally let Russell Wilson play first stringers and he goes 3 quarters and leaves the game up 44-7 at 13-19 for 185 yard with 2 TD's and no picks and 2 rushes for 58 yards. They don't even play Flynn at all. I think the QB situation is settled (it already was from my perspective, but after today there's no way you can sell Flynn as a better candidate to start over Wilson at this point, period).

I'm so happy for Russell. He's going to shut a lot of the doubters up this year and beyond. Good for him.

Vontae Davis traded from Dolphins to the Colts for 2 undisclosed draft picks.

Dolphins are getting ready to be the laughing stock of the NFL once again I guess.

Bills trade for T-Jack, definitely the end of Young and Thigpen now.
