Mauricio "Shogun" Rua meets Antonio Rogerio Nogueira at UFC 161 in a rematch of one of the best fights of all time. Shogun discusses his motivation entering this bout, and how a serious medical situation almost derailed his second bout with Lyoto Machida.

Shogun has not had the best of luck concerning his health. Hope he can stay healthy & make another run.

The guy is a fucking warrior, plain and simple. Have injuries hampered his career? Sure. But you cannot deny that many other fighters would have pulled out two months before a title fight. His status as a legend is already cemented in my book.
