A 13th fight has been added to next month's UFC on FUEL TV 9 event with "The Ultimate Fighter 17" cast members Tor Troeng (15-4-1 MMA, 0-0 UFC) vs. Adam Cella (4-0 MMA, 0-0 UFC).
Troeng confirmed the middleweight bout with Swedish news outlets, and Swedish MMA site mmanytt.se also reported it.

Tor had a ton of hype going into TUF but, truthfully I dont see why. Hopefully he does something in this fight that changes my mind

this should be a good fight. From what i saw tor has the tools, but had little urgency...like he was training not fighting.
Cella on the other hand, although he probably got ko'd by the hardest kick in history. He wasn't fairing too bad up until that point and was takin the fight the best he could to uriah.
I think if tor fights the same way he did in the house he loses.
