Former UFC champions and MMA legends Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira (33-7-1 MMA, 4-3 UFC) and Tito Ortiz (16-10-1 MMA, 15-10-1 UFC) may have reached the end of the line.

Nogueira and Ortiz were each transferred to a Toronto-area hospital following losses to Frank Mir and Antonio Rogerio Nogueira, respectively, on the main card of Saturday night's UFC 140 event, and UFC president Dana White admitted each of them may have fought for the final time in the octagon.

Following the evening's post-event press conference, which took place at Air Canada Centre, White said he would have to talk with each fighter individually, but he wasn't willing to guarantee a UFC return for either athlete.

Mir did the impossible! It looked like Mir was done, and he pulls that off half ko'd! amazing!

I'm all for watching Shammy get beat up, as long as its short. Problem is getting Ken to actually show up for a fight and stay off the PEDs.

Big Nog looked very good though i would be lying if i said o didnt think hes still a top 10 heavyweight. He completely outclassed Mir striking. I would love Big Nog vs Lesnar or Overeem. I think Big Nog could beat either.

Tito should either retire now or go out on a win against a no name on the ION Prelims.

Big Nog will be back.

one things for sure about nogs ground game, it aint nearly what people hype it up to be. mir took him to school on the ground quickly and easily. how about bring in two strikeforce top contenders to fight them both? or maybe kongo vs nog?

It's a real shame Big Nog is seriously injured. I have always enjoyed his fights from when he was in Pride to now. I hold Big Nog and Sakuraba as two of some of the greatest fighters in MMA whose hearts are unmatched.
