UFC lightweight prospect Edson Barboza will never forget the night he fought Anthony Njokuani.

You see, March 19, 2011, is the day his life changed forever.

"My life changed dramatically because now I can help my family, and my wife's family, too," Barboza told MMAjunkie.com through his interpreter and manager, Alex Davis. "The money is in the bank, and I have to give thanks to God."

Edson's first fight, he was fighting very well. The last fight was very tough, and he got a lot of experience,
Oliverio vs Edson would be nice
so many good lightweights, it must be so hard to cut anyone in the lw division.

I just hope he has good grappling if he wants to survive in the lightweight division. We havent really seen any of it so far.

He seems like a pretty cool guy, but it's hard for me to like him after the beating he put on my good friend and training partner Mike Lullo. Doctor still hasn't cleared his leg yet.
