whats the playgrounds opinion of this guy? he was a no name till his ufc debut but IMO he handled harris especially with the strikes. he had good take down defense and just about got the submission. the crowd wasnt really happy with the performance but i think the guy has some serious potential coming out of shutebox.

If he pulls that crap he did in the third round ever again, I can all but guarantee he'll be cut. I'm sure got a talking to last night from Dana.
I personally don't like the guy at all. He was constantly grabbing the fence, and he held onto that rear naked choke for seconds after the bell, and acted like he didn't hear it. You don't have to speak English to be able to recognize a bell. You've been fighting for 6 years, act like you've been there before.

It's not his first time doing that either. He wouldn't stop punching his opponent in another fight while the ref was trying to pull him away.

That's the old chute boxe mentality. Gets a little bit wreckless at moments. I think he has a lot of potential though.

the guy cemented himself on my list of most disliked fighters with what he pulled at the end of the first round. he held on to the choke a good 2-3 seconds after the horn sounded. then at the end of the third round with the taunting. he's got some nerve. i'd love to see Palhares snap one of his limbs.

This guy needs to be taught a lesson. Looks like a job for Chris Leben.

I was very impressed with him He is quick and fast. Got bjj on top of good hard hands I could see why he finished most of his opponents in the first Curious to see who he fights next. But I will probably be picking Him next

The dude looked fairly impressive but for the same reason as gartface I don't like the dude. There is no reason to hold on a choke after the bell and he was constantly grabbing the fence and threw a couple of shots to the back of the head as well.

He's a monster who has incredible potential in the 185 division.....but.....he needs to step up the action a bit in his second UFC fight....I gave him the benefit of the doubt with it being his first UFC fight and all.

Umm....I think he would teach Leben a lesson, like Anderson did.

Yea he did the exact same thing in the 1st round as well untill the flurry and choke he threw one kick the entire round lol.
The choke was pretty messed up imo. It's not like he just held it but rather sank it deeper. Thats what bothered me but I'll give him a pass as I'm sure he was quite excited and perhaps really didn't hear the bell.

He would have gotten the 1st round submission but they ended the round 6 seconds too early! Go re-watch the fight!
