i never hear any hype over it... it seems to be used mostly by mma fans. imo bsn, universal, cytosport, and controlled labs seem to be the best products out right now... especially controlled labs, that company seems to be extremely popular with their green mag creatine product

Ive been on protein shakes and doing weights along with kickboxing for this past 3 months and i can feel the difference! Im lifting more, im hitting harder and look toned! I buy a 2.2kg tub of proline dymatize whey protein for £25 (or £20 if the owners behind the counter!) Great value and taste.

**IMPORTANT**

If you are from the UK and would like some free BSN supplements e-mail sales@trionutrition.com stating that you are a fighter, with your name, address and phone number and they will happily send you some samples.

I heard about this offer in fighters only magazine. I e-mailed them on Thursday and Ive just got mine today. In all you get a free Magazine, Protein, weight gain, pre-workout powder, muscle recovery sachet and a protein cookie!
