Who says you can't go home again?
It's a war between locals at UFC on FUEL TV 9, where Papy Abedi will try to keep himself employed at the expense of Besam Yousef as part of the "Gustafsson vs. Mousasi" event on April 6, 2013 at the Ericsson Globe Arena in Stockholm, Sweden.
Kimura.se confirmed the welterweight pairing earlier today.

Papy Abedi always starts off strong but based on his last 2 losses he got rocked and submitted both times, hopefully he has worked on his defense and would be more than capable of pulling off a win here.

Papy might be the coolest guy fighting in MMA today. Other than that I couldn't care if he wins or loses.

I'm surprised Papy was still with the UFC.
