With the Strikeforce migration underway, the UFC was forced to make some room for their newest signings. The news of fighter releases had been relatively quiet over the last several weeks, but the proverbial pink slip has come for several UFC fighters today.

Yeah, a little disappointed with Urushitana being cut. No shame in losing to Benevidez and he was entertaining against Lineker.

Originally I thought well he did go 0-2 and that's normally a cutting anyway. Then I read Sparkys comment and he has a good point. I'd be interested to see his wages... It might be a case of cut, win a fight, get a new contract for less than before
