Guard passing is a crucial part of Jiu Jitsu. To be able to achieve a dominant position, you have to get out of your opponent's guard.

An awesome guard passer can achieve control easily over his opponent. Then, it is just a matter of how you want to finish the fight.

I will show you my number one guard pass that I have used to defeat many of the world's greatest black belts.

It is not complicated, you do not need to be flexible or super strong, or have years of experience.

What you do need is proper technique that I will show you below:

this is my go to pass as well. i use it in tournaments and MMA.
