I think its funny how Cro Cop got six times as much as Gonzaga for getting his head knocked in. I think the fighters should be paid more although Cro Cop made enough. I think the winner should get more then the losers though.

The Fight of the Night, Submission of the Night, and KO of the Night all gave a 30,000 dollar bonus (formerly 15,000), and, considering how much of a bump that is for most of those guys, it's hard to see how some fights are boring. If you can more than double your salary with a great KO/submission, why wouldn't you go for it?

The base pay was 30,000. Like Dev mentioned, he got the other 30 for KO of the night. Glad he didn't win by decision.
Good to see the days of 2,500 for a debut fighter are over in the UFC.

I think if you are in a PPV you should get a minimum of 10k. I know its quite a bit more than 3k but I think that 3k is just too little for all the training and time spent to get up to that level. Don't you agree?

All of the above got very good contracts. Holy crap.
And Gonzaga is now the 2nd person ina row to get a big pay jump to face Cro Cop.

It wasn't just a few minutes of work, it was months of training also.
